Each 16" x 16" bowling towel is made from premium microfiber that's soft, ultra-absorbent, and built to last wash after wash - and we only use top of the line to German 100% poly thread to keep your design looking vibrant.

Do you offer discounts for larger quantities?
Yes! If you're ordering more than 6 towels, we'd love to work out a quantity discount for you. Reach out to us at cathleen@shopmadcat.com and we'll get you a price that makes sense for your order.
Is there a limit on how much text I can add to a towel?
For standard orders, text is limited to 30 characters. Need more? No problem — just email us at cathleen@mycustomtowel.com and we'll talk through your options.
Can I request a different color scheme than what's shown?
Yes! Many of our designs can be customized to match your vision. For example, if you'd love a car, bowling ball, or skate in a color that's different from our default, just let us know. Send your request to cathleen@shopmadcat.com and we'll see what we can do.
Can I request a different color scheme than what's shown?
Yes! When ordering a set of 3 towels, the design must be the same across all three, but the text on each towel can be different. It's a great way to personalize a matching set — perfect for families, teams, or gifts. For sets larger than 3 or any other custom combinations, just email us at cathleen@shopmadcat.com.

Care instructions
To keep your embroidered microfiber towel looking its best for years to come, please follow these simple care guidelines:
- Machine wash in cold or warm water on a gentle cycle. Avoid hot water, as heat can break down microfiber and cause embroidery threads to loosen over time.
- Use a small amount of mild liquid detergent. Do not use bleach or bleach-based detergents, as these can fade or damage both the embroidery and the microfiber fabric.
- Do not use fabric softener or dryer sheets. These coat the microfiber strands and reduce the towel's absorbency and softness over time.
- Tumble dry on low heat or air dry. Avoid high heat.
- Wash separately from rough fabrics such as denim, towels or heavily textured items
